dall'interno trovi due dadi da 1o. Li sviti.
Poi stacchi le bacchette e sfili la maniglia.

A questo punto hai accesso alla serratura che è tenuta in sede da una specie di fermaglio in ferro.

Mi pare di ricordare che ce la fai anche senza togliere il vetro.
