A me il tachimetro segnava e non segnava....
Si erano staccati i cavi all'interno del sensore e il mecca li ha risaldati...adesso funziona perfettamente.
Il tuo pezzo e' nuovo?
Oltre a verificare il corretto montaggio, a questo punto proverei anche ad aprirlo x verificare i collegamenti
