APPUNTO..ma è legale girare con il ruotino non avendo misure omologate a libretto ?

discorso tutto teorico - certo - difficile girare con 4 ruotini ma con uno sì... :-)

se però il ruotino con la sua dimensione ridotta - ma compresa entro le dimensioni massime riportate sul libretto - si intende omologato ..allora vale il discorso che la dimensione riportata sul libretto è la MASSIMA ammessa e non la SOLA....

mi incuriosisce la soluzione
