forse ti evitano di rendere un 1.6 un chiodo piantato con 2cm in + di battistrada e il peso di cerchi da 17 ma se ci sono dei precedenti ti puoi appellare a quelli.. controlla che siano sempre 1.6

poi il rotolamento delle 195/50r15 è "uguale" a 195/45r16 e 205/40r17 sicuro 215?
