Se lo prendi mi prenoto per noleggiarlo, oppure possiamo comprarlo in pruppo e poi ce lo passiamo tanto é una cosa che non si usa tutti i giorni.

interessante la descrizione dei vari step di misure via via adottati da "Rpmchris", con gli interventi necessari:

I started with 17x7.5" Enkei RPF1s with 235/40-17s. No rolling required. (ET48 ndr)
I got 17x9" RPF1s (45mm offset) with 245/40-17 BFG R1 tires to autocross...needed a roll, but kept the outer lip profile (like the current STR requirement).
I got 18x9.5" RPF1s (45ET) with 285/30-18 Kumho V710s...needed an additional roll (later, going to Hoosier A6s of the "same size" required even more work - go figure). At that point, I went to using the 17x9" RPF1s and 255/40-17 tires on the street
Finally, I now have 18x10" RPF1s (38ET) and 295/30-18 Hoosiers...LOTS of roll, and a pull in there as well, to fit these beasts (picture below). The 18x9.5"s are now rolling on 275/35-18 Hoosier H2O wets.

But, I'd like to try and talk you into going with the 17x8" wheel instead. It has the 45mm offset, and with 235/40-17 tires, you won't even come close to needing a lip roll, especially if it's lowered (but they'll fit even at stock ride height with stock suspension).
Very few NC owners had any experience in early 2007 with wheel fitments on the car...there's a lot more info and experience now. You'd be happier with the 8" wide wheel...take my word for it. It's what I would've done if I could go back and do it all over again. "

Forse anche questo commento che ho trovato puo' interessarvi: "le misure di gomma ideali per NC" da "Skeeler":

Street: 17x7+55 to 17x8+45 with 205/45-17 to 215/45-17.
Track: 17x8+45 to 17x9+49 w/ 225/45-17 to 235/40-17.
Autrocross: 17x9+49 to +45 w/ 235/40-17 to 255/40-17.

E questo commento chiarificatore da Goodwin:

We can get 17x9 45mm offset on the NC with 225mm tires and no rolling. Use a 235mm tire on that same 45mm offset 17x9 and you need some fender roll. Change the offset to 48mm and that 235 on 17x9 will just clear stock fenders.
