I coilover Tein partono da 280/224 (ant/post), gli altri citati da EB non lo so. Non sono di pietra, ma secondo me sono duretti. Poi non li ho provati, quindi non posso giudicare come vanno su strada.
Le eibach, per fare un esempio che conosco perchè le ho montate, sono 228/137, e su strada sono un buon compromesso.
Queste le ha mai provate qualcuno? Parrebbero più basse di 4 cm circa ma non durissime... Con ammo non frenatissimi e pensati per molle corte potrebbero essere un buon compromesso per uso stradale

Set of 4 new front & rear sport springs, slightly uprated, lower than standard at the front and rear, Mazda MX5 & Eunos Roadster mk1 1989-98. Quality springs, made in the UK.
Spring rate: Fronts 175lb, rears 105lb.
In our opinion these give the best compromise between ride height and stiffness for road use, not hard enough to rattle your teeth out and not so low that speed humps are a problem. Ride height is similar to the S-Special specification.

Fronts are 240mm (free length) and rears are 270mm.
Fitted on a car, the distance between the centre of the wheel and the lip of the wheelarch is 310mm (front and rear)
