Forse è un discorso attuabile solo nelle grandi città e solo in un area definita. Ci sono molte città in cui sedi lavorative non sono raggiunte da mezzi pubblici a sufficienza o sono parecchio lontane. Un progetto simile è abbastanza utopistico.
