non si sale sul cofano da ubriachi...
cmq ci sono vari metodi un altro mdo è dare colpetti leggeri fuori dall'ammaccatura dall'esterno spostando progressivamente il perimetro della botta finchè diventando troppo piccola torna alla forma originale.
anche qui youtube ti può aiutare se vuoi rimanere sul fai da te.
