Chiedo un parere ai più esperti ...

Ho un motore 1.6 usato che dovrebbe essere rifatto per poi essere installato sulla mia MX5.

Lo spallamento dell'albero motore presenta uno "smangiaento" anomalo (vedi immagine). 
Cosa potrebbe averlo causato? Un installazione errata o cos'altro?
Può essere cmq utilizzato o deve finire  tra i rottami?
