Ciao, io quando ho sostituito le mie pastiglie ho seguito questa guida:

Se non ricordo male, il pistoncino si blocca perche devi mollare una brugola posta sotto un dado del 14 che serve per la regolazione del freno a mano... cmq sulla guida che ti postato dovrebbe esserci spiegato...
