Segui esattamente ciò che dice Fletch, fatto una volta rimane quella l'opzione standard.

Ma sappi che è possibile usufruire dei tassi di conversione reali (commerciali, appena superiori ai tassi che trovi su yahoo finance) e non gonfiati solamente se il tuo conto paypal è vuoto, senno la priorità è prelevare i fondi dal conto obbligatoriamente coi loro tassi.
