A libretto hai già le 215? in tal caso direi 17x8 et45, altrimenti 17x7.5 et45 se non c'è nulla di sicuro per le 215
ho visto le foto del thread di HybridMik da te postato e a occhio mi pare strano che siano così in fuori (io monto 17x7 ET40 e quindi le sue dovrebbero essere -1.35 mm rispetto al mio fitment, mentre sono nettamente più in fuori!!)
le 17x8 +45 dovrebbero essere a filo, dando un pelo di camber, giusto x farti un idea queste sono 18x8 ET40 215/40 ed è perfettamente flush (ignoro il camber ma non sembra così accentuato)
