Saturday March 20th 2010
• From h 13:00 to h 15:00 – Meeting at the Mazda Dealer and Workshop of Avezzano
You are going to get your Roadbook , your hotel voucher and start partying with our Guest of Honor Tom Matano.
• h 15:30 – Start of the Parade around town with arrival in Piazza Repubblica, the site of the Town Hall.
We’ll have a group photo session and exhibition of our Miatas while mr. Matano will select the cars to receive the award during the Gala dinner.
• h. 18:00 – Move to and Check-in to the hotel.
• h. 20:00 – Gala Dinner with entertainment at Ristorante Olimpia *(see below for the menu)

Sunday March 21th 2010
• 9:00 – Meeting at the facility chosen for two events open to the public:
• Drifting exhibition (If you want to know more: http://www.driftdancers.eu/benvenutiIT.html)
• Speed Race
As an alternative, you can take a tour of approximately one hour and a half, but you’ll have to register for that at your arrival by the Mazda dealer..

• 12:00 – Price giving for the best drifter and the winner of the speed race
Delivery of the aid funds to the local authorities
• 12:30 – Cocktail for all the participants, farewells and closing.
